These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place through it. Please read them with the privacy policy, the refund policy, and the cookies policy.

Who you are dealing with

Inanna Rose is a spagyric alchemy and sound practice based in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. The contracting legal entity, its registration number, and its registered address are still to be confirmed and must appear here before these terms take effect.

Using this site

You may browse, read, and share this site. You may not copy its text, images, audio, or design for your own commercial use, scrape it at scale, or attempt to interfere with how it runs.

About the products

The elixirs, teas, and blends are traditional spagyric preparations. They are offered as ceremonial and devotional items.

They are not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here is a claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition, talk to a qualified health practitioner before using any of these products. They are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Product claims across the whole catalogue are under regulatory review — including therapeutic-goods rules, the botanical ingredients in the smoking blend, and what may lawfully be shipped between countries. Some products may not be available in every country.

Orders and prices

Online checkout is not open yet. Orders are currently arranged directly through the contact form, email, or WhatsApp, and we confirm availability, delivery, and payment personally before anything is charged.

Prices are shown as listed on each product page. The selling currency, and the treatment of taxes, duties, and import charges, are still to be confirmed. Any import duty or tax charged when your parcel enters your country is generally your responsibility, and we will tell you what we know before you order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm your order. If something is unavailable or mispriced we will tell you and either refund you or agree an alternative.

Delivery

Every order is prepared by hand in Ubud. Within Bali, orders travel same-day by Grab or Gojek courier once confirmed. International delivery times vary, and glass is packed for travel. Full shipping terms, including who bears the risk in transit and what happens to an undeliverable parcel, are still to be written.

Digital products

Buying a soundscape gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to listen to it. It does not transfer ownership. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly perform the recordings, or use them in your own commercial work, without written permission. Licence duration, device limits, and how access is delivered are still to be defined.

Ceremonies and sessions

Some collections include a one-to-one anointing ceremony, in person in Bali or online. These are arranged with you directly. Booking, rescheduling, and cancellation terms are still to be written — see the refund policy.

Our responsibility to you

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits them. Beyond those guarantees, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability is limited to resupplying the goods or services or paying to have them resupplied.

Changes

These terms may change. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it, and the date at the top of this page tells you which that is.

Governing law

Still to be determined. The business operates from Indonesia, the selling entity is expected to be Australian, and buyers are international — the right answer here needs legal advice rather than a default.
